I consider the work I do to be that of community, creativity and connection.
The professional communities I am part of include a wide range of people, groups, organizations, and communities from around the world. They are global facilitators and creative consultants, passionate educators who are close to home or in conflict zones, young leaders and creative entrepreneurs seeking to express themselves, small business owners and leaders of organizations who face chaos, choice, and possibility every day… sometimes they are simply people with big dreams. I learn alongside them all.
Design
Design is sculpting and discovery, it is thoughtful creative engineering meeting complex challenges and desired outcomes. It is powerfully creative. The design work I do ranges from one day to multi-year projects in the areas of leadership development, transformational education, community and organizational development.

Designing from the head and the heart, creating experiences which transform, teach, heal and challenge; newness and the unknown, stone-sculpting process of discovering purpose, joy and possibility.
Facilitation
Facilitation is a deeply embodied practice. It is an art and a science -it is greater than the sum of its parts. I facilitate and co-facilitate meetings, educational immersion programs and processes which involve organizational and systems change, community development, communication and conflict transformation. I also teach others how to facilitate.

Intentional time and space for curiosity, honesty and connection, imagination, complexity and bold humanity. Challenging assumptions and systems, wondering, wandering, finding each other, finding a way.
Expression
Honest expression calls for self-searching, truth-telling, and fierce life-affirming risk-taking. I work to co-create spaces and platforms for untold stories and unheard voices to emerge. When deep stories and truths are shared, we have the opportunity to change. I seek also to express honestly through my own creative endeavors.

A healthy mix of love and push, imagining the unknown, a cheerleader with chops - steadfast support, fierce commitment to people, truth, and the beauty and bravery of expression.
Connection
Connection with self, connection and interconnection with others- it is bravery in action. I work one to one or in small teams with leaders to create environments which encourage knowing oneself and one’s leadership, deepening relationships with others and exploring patterns, listening deeply and diving courageously into blockages, possibilities and dreams.
